"Fit2Be" Fitness Training is an exciting adventure in fitness, enhancing peak performance of each participant. Each day is filled with a variety of skill assessments, ballistic and plyometric exercises, nutritional information and performance tips- all to improve each athlete. Activities such as; aquatic workouts, skills development, cardiovascular workouts and strength training. Lifeguarding also available.
