"Fit2Be" Fitness Training is an exciting adventure in fitness, enhancing peak performance of each participant. Each day is filled with a variety of skill assessments, ballistic and plyometric exercises, nutritional information and performance tips- all to improve each athlete. Activities such as; aquatic workouts, skills development training, endurance and sprint workouts are offered daily. Lifeguarding also available.

Day Clinics run from 2:00pm-5:30pm
Items needed for camp; OVERNIGHT (July 26 ONLY!!!) - bedding (twin size), small fan, workout clothes, swim suit, , water bottle.
REGISTRATION -SUNDAY, JULY 26, 2015- HASKELL HOUSE @3:00pm- Please 'pre-register' and bring current physical!
