"Fit2Be" Fitness Camp is an exciting adventure in fitness, enhancing peak performance of each camper. Each day is filled with a variety of skill assessments, ballistic and plyometric exercises, nutritional information and performance tips- all to improve each athlete. Activities such as; aquatic workouts, recreational basketball, endurance and sprint workouts are offered daily. Lifeguard and Water Safety Training also available!
Items needed for camp; OVERNIGHT - bedding (twin size), small fan, workout clothes, swim suit, wrestling gear (optional), water bottle.
